Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant / Receptionist to join our team in Detroit. This dual role will provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team while managing front office operations and serving as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.


Pay range:
$19.50 - $29.00 hourly


Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages, and route them to the appropriate staff members.
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors, ensuring a welcoming and professional reception experience.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest standards of confidentiality.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence for the executive team.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
