Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our marketing team as an Entry Level Marketing Assistant in New Orleans. This role will provide support in various marketing activities to help promote The One Agency's brand and services.


Pay range:
$22.50 - $31.00 hourly



Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to promote The One Agency's brand and services across various channels.
  • Help create and edit marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, presentations, digital content, and advertising collateral.
  • Assist in managing The One Agency's social media presence, including content creation, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement and performance metrics.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events and activities, including trade shows, seminars, and community outreach programs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure marketing activities are executed effectively and aligned with branding and messaging guidelines.

  • Job requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is a plus.
