Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team in New Orleans. The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining data within our systems, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of our records.


Pay range:
$16.50 - $25.00 hourly


Responsibilities:


  • Accurately enter and update client information, policy details, and other relevant data into the company's database.
  • Verify data for accuracy and completeness, and correct any discrepancies.
  • Maintain organized records and files, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Assist with generating reports and summaries as requested by management.
  • Perform regular data backups to ensure data preservation.
  • Respond to data requests and provide information to internal departments as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and accurate data entry processes.
  • Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.


  • Job requirements



  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
